Accommodations were nice. Buffet breakfast was also convenient and average. Unfortunately, we had no hot water for the 2 nights, constant power outages the first night. As a tourist, location is not best as no nearby convenience store and food that won't be subject to "tourist tax".

I was stay for 4 months.
Very bad. because bugs, ant and thief, big sound, hell smell...
I lost money, ipad.

Great Hotel in my eyes. Very friendly stuff. The rooms are really clean and the restaurant is also very nice, even if we were alone there. The rooms have good air condition but floors are quite warm in June. Can recommend it as a stop before heading to Cat Ba. Even if you could walk I recommend to take a taxi to Ben Binh when you have bags or stuff to carry.
