Could be more English friendly feel like the hotel is owned by Vladimir Putin, all entertainment is Russian and hardly any of your staff speak English including your information desk and reception which i think is shocking, the hotel is really nice.

Seen over 40 different Antalya resorts over the years and this is one of the worse hotels I've ever seen. This place must be inspected by the Health and Tourism departments for their quality and hygiene issues, asap!! I strongly recommend tourists to consider other hotels that worth their money.
Pros:
- Clean rooms and recently built facility.
Cons:
- Food is a disaster. Every ingredient from the meat to the juices are lowest quality. So bad, even smell is a turn off. Be careful what you eat here.
- Alcohol & drinks. BYOB is what I recommend for the guests because you won't be drinking them when you take a sip.
- Staff (Personnel). Staff always talk back to the guests, the way that they shouldn't be. Even managers in the hotel seem like having fun and yelling at people. I've seen staff and a manager literally stop and watching women guests! There is NO professionalism!
Me and my friends will be writing a letter to the Tourism Ministry about this hotel. We don't want tourists to have bad experience like we had.

MY SUGGESTION IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL THERE ARE MANY GREAT HOTELS AROUND.
My First impression is a yelling manager in front of guests in a rude and ugly way.
Staff members are clueless about their responsibilities, serving sucks, the way they talk is quite impolite.
I could not find a clean glass to enjoy my beverages for 3 days.
Stayed at the 6th floor and I don't know how but all food smoke -smell was on the 6th floor corridor.
We stayed at Harmony next to main resort and the only good thing I experienced there was front desk attendant Murat.
I tried beach many times but there was maintenance going on so I stop going because no one wanna lay in there with full sound of drills and swearing workers around and also way to much way to reach the sea.
MY SUGGESTION IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL THERE ARE MANY GREAT HOTELS AROUND.

Definitely one of the best hotels in the Antalya region with only a few problems. First and definitely the most annoying is the wait for the suites. We came when 100% if the hotel is booked so if the person who had your hotel room previously decides to extend their stay, your out of luck and the front desk will try to offer you a lesser suite then you paid for which is obviously a scam. Our only option was to accept the lesser suite and spend the night sleeping on top of each other. Finally the next day comes and the give us the suite we paid for. As soon as night comes we realize that the air conditioner down stairs doesn't work so once again we have to sleep on top of each other. Morning comes and we go to the front desk to complain. They tell us that they'll get the mechanic on it right away. A few hours pass and nothing happens. We go to complain again and they finally give us a working suite that we paid for. That of course was really annoying. The only other problem we encountered is the people and how often they skip lines and are rude in general. That really isn't the hotels problem but still annoying. Also the food was the same every single day when in other places we visited they had different food everyday. Overall it was a great experience there's a huge selection of water slides and pools and the beach is huge.
