One of the worse hotel I've seen!
Bad:
rooms - the halls and rooms stink, the stink comes from the bathroom.
Employees - arrogant and cranky. Manager and owner of the hotel are really unhelpful and don't give you the service you expect from a 4 star hotel.
No-fun - there's nothing to do at your stay other than swimming.
Pricy drinks and food - water is very pricy!

Great view to the sea and Kuşadası.
Good Ambiance around the swimming pool.
Short: We really hated this hotel, we were even thinking to leave it, but we paid quite an amount for the rooms so we stayed.

The location and the view of the hotel is good. Hotel staff is nice and kind. For a nice weekend runaway.

Great view and good location, actually decent dinners. The rooms are rather worn and aren't well-maintained but I guess you get what you pay for.

Good location and amazing views. The decreasing tourism is obviously hurting the hotel as we had a pretty dirty room with chip crumbs on the floor. But take it as it is...
