I stayed there on two occasions in October, 2017.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi works but is not amazing. Breakfast buffet is standard Turkish/middle Eastern breakfast - decent, but terrible coffee (stale instant).
Staff are friendly and helpful, but communication can be a challenge if you don't know Turkish.
Location is convenient. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
