We rented the cheapest car of the website, due to we need to save some money, for 124€ (4 days).
Once we were in the Antalya Otogar they charge us 176€ in cash! after many emails and complains they told us that was because the bus station delivery has an extra cash. That wasn't specified in "my reservations" section of the website!
In addition, when we had to meet them in the Otogar to return the car, they arrived more than 30min later! We almost lost our bus to Pamukkale if we were not left the keys in the Bus station office!
They even not gave us an apologize. You can't trust in them.
