Heating System didn't work. Froze all night. Turned out they knew before as there was a central problem with whole hotel system. Temporary heater they brought up also didn't work. Asked for manager but he/she was at home,,,,,,tucked up in a warm bed no doubt. Street noise is also bad EVEN THOUGH I asked for a quiet room. Looks nice but experience is worst from my 130 hotel nights per year.

Very nice European hotel comoared to others. Great room and shower. The only reason I have four stars is the location for tourists and lack of things to do in the area. There is a great food court in the back of the hotel though.

Staff-5 stars. Breakfast-5 stars. Beds-1 star (way too soft!) Location-5 stars. Decor- 4 stars.
