I really liked this place! Certainly wouldn't call it a tourist trap!! The food was great and our waiter, Victor, gave us amazing service!!! Beautiful plating! Thanks for a wonderful lunch, Amaro!

This is an excellent and relaxing place to eat! When my family and I ate here, there were less than a dozen people eating, so it was quiet fast service. The food was AMAZING! We got to guacamole appetizer to start with. I ordered the Atún en Salsa de Mango, which is a seared tuna steak topped with a delicious chunky mango salsa and it also includes a spinach salad. My wife ordered the Lassaña de Espinaca, it was really flavorful with lots of cheese. They also had a lot of beautiful original artwork hanging all over. We were very happy with our experience, and will definitely be back!

Wonderful food, fantastic staff. We loved sitting in their courtyard enjoying dinner. Relaxing, delicious, a must visit in Merida.

Chicken mind with mashed potatoes delicious! Great very dishes. Wait staff very nice. String drinks and good. Service great too...love the outside court yard seating. Music at 8;30.
