I’ve been here multiple times. As an adventurous eater, I was glad to find an upscale place that offered escamoles. Scrumptious! And I bought a few bottles to go of their eponymous red wine, a delightful regional blend for any occasion! Free small plate samples of their signature dishes really classed up the meal. Irapuato has great strawberries and cream, but Restaurant Bixa has perfected it! 5/5 would return again!

If you are visiting or even passing by Irapuato, this is the place to go. The food and service deserves 5 starts. The food is carefully crafted and the flavours are just right. Loved it!
