It is very clean and the bar as a largo, has a don't smoking área and the antro music as a espectacular, the restaurant has a menú kids and the food is good

We booked this hotel for 3 nights. The only reason why we booked at this location was because I read a lot of great reviews, however my stay wasn't that great. There were a few things I was annoying by : 1) There was no shower curtain, I had to call front desk about the issue. 2) We had little soap bars that were 3 months expired. 3) We found a cockroach in the bathroom (only one). 4) The tv remote did not work and 5) There was a policy that didn't allow food/drink in the rooms. Other than those things everything else was okay. There were a lot of near by walking distance restaurants and the staff was friendly.

Staff and the service are incredible, and the pools are great!
I dislike the cleanliness of the public restrooms (near the pool and near the loby), the room towels were threadbare, the need for a coupon for the pool towels, and the lack of a parking lot at the hotel (a valet parking takes your car to another place).

Cheap hotel with nice view, didn't like the quality of the maintenance and expensive food at restaurant. Feel old but it's perfectly located

Check in was smooth and the receptionist spoke adequate English. No problem with booking our stay with an external internet company. Thumbs up to Hector for going above and beyond in helping make our stay wonderful. Front of the house kitchen manager (I forgot his name) was very friendly and colorful . Also thanks to the security guards for pushing me up and down the very steep wheelchair ramp lots of times. Mostly a Wheelchair friendly facility. We would stay here again.
