Lunch was really good and the personal was nice. The hotel has (strong) wifi and the service was great too.

Overall the stay in this hotel is decent. The room is quite small and feels a little bit overpriced. On the first day, the beds aren't too clean and I got two mosquito bites after sitting on my bed for about 10 minutes. However, this problem is solved after we told the staff about it. The WiFi isn't too stable but it still works. The bathroom is ok though. However, the breakfast is really good even though it's simple. The staff are really friendly as well! For the location, it's really close to one of the water bus stops and the Rialto bridge (the most iconic and famous bridge in Venice). You can also get to the San Marco Piazza and the train station within 15-20 mins by walking. There are a few restaurants and shops near the hotel but we never tried or bought stuff in any of them. Will still recommend but watch out for the room.

- okisch breakfast

- Mold on the curtain in the bathroom
- Window in bathroom was not opening
- therefore ugly smell in bathroom
- absolutely no isolation in the room
- you could hear water from the toilet, shower in the adjacent room(nice sound at 2 AM... ), voices from the stairs(like they are talking near you) - overall low quality of cleaning -
- be careful, photos of the property do not correspond to reality

Felt a littel over priced for the room size. Quite small. But the location is good. Just s bit difficult becuase its hidden off the main street. Friendly customer service
