Good food. But terrible terrible service. Felt utterly disappointed at the lack of attention to taking our order, we waited over 20+mins to be served. Upon calling the waiter over he brushed us off without apologising, we were not asked or offered water.... I would not return or recommend.

Good place, nice people food is good not very good but defenitly recommend this place!

Pizza was really good.
However the waiter was trying to be fun or something, didn't give any responses when we asked about the menu and wine, just made faces and moved to the next table. The service was weird and slow from the beginning. We decided we won't tip and after we paid, he mentioned two times(!) that tip is not included but should be payed separately. We said we understand that and started to leave. Then he got angry, cursed in italian and told us he knows we are those damn Germans. So sorry Germans, you can blame the Finns for this one.

Not good service. The staff rushed us even when we were still drinking coffee and other tables are not full, which made us uncomfortable. And is it normal that they charge extra service charge??
In our case, the staff charged us extra 12% of original total amount. it was very surprising that the staff gave us original amount receipt and his hand-writing memo. In that hand-writing memo, total amount was written (original amount plus extra 12% charge as service charge). I didn't think at all we received
good service for extra 12% charge.
I was out of seat when my bf paid the bill including extra charge, so it was too late to ask the staff about the extra charge when I know that. The paper on the wall in the pizza place says "tips are not a must in Italy, but it's your choice." Cannot believe this kind of manner.

Poor doesn't even sum up the service. Felt like second rate customers. Took half an hour just for drinks and food order to be taken. When the wine came, it was in a carafe, we then had to ask for a glass. My wife had a lasagna with a side salad, that came out 15 minutes before the rest of the food. The food was good though, the only saving grace. However, when we thought it couldn't get worse it did. They assumed that the change from out bill was a tip, and didn't even place it back on our table, and just put it straight into their tip jar despite the fact that there was a sign saying gratuity is not mandatory but optional. Safe to say that we couldn't get out of there quick enough.
