Pillows are terrible (very hard and flat). I ended up using my hoody for a pillow. WiFi is unreliable and slow. Room noise is high (windows don’t seal well). Elevator is tiny and slow. The beds are hard which is how I like them, but they are slightly uneven and lumpy.
For the price, overall it’s not too bad. Most of the staff is very nice and helpful. (Some are not if you get on their bad side) Water pressure is great, rooms are clean and well decorated. There is a fridge and plenty of storage spaces, but the sink has very little room to put your stuff on.
Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face soap.
Next time I will go for a slightly nicer place.
Oh, btw, the breakfast is not free. It’s way over priced and isn’t very good.

The location was fantastic, but thats about it. The bed was by far the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. The mattress and pillow were like rocks. We were also told breakfast was included, but were charged $10 euros each for two days (40 total) when we left. Would most likely not stay again.

Hotel prints their name, address and room number on the key cards, which seems like a great way to get all your things stolen. Our shower was haunted (water changed temperature up and down without warning). Patio door opened when locked. Door frame was falling off.

Walked in to the room and felt like someone was playing a joke on me. Looks and feels like a prison. Had booked under a non refundable rate and after little debate at the cost and went elsewhere. Has the feel of a hostel/prison cell (or what I'd imagine one to feel like). Be warned... avoid at all costs.

This was a very horrible experience. The bathroom had mold in the tub, the AC was controlled by the front desk and kept at 79°, two twin size beds. Is what we got when we checked in even though we were quested a king. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room it was extremely slow, the bathroom was extremely hot throughout the day and had no ventilation. The mini fridge that is in the room has no temperature control and is stuck inside a cabinet so it overheats. Nothing was kept cold in it. Most of all The majority of the staff was just completely rude and on attentive to anything that we ask. We needed a couple of extra towels because we did not have our room cleaned during our time there and we had to explain why we were requesting more towels for our room. Don't stay here and spend your money elsewhere.
