Fuor d'acqua is one of those places where you go for special occasions (unless you are extremely rich), because it's a very classy place and tends to be rather expensive. But every euro spent here is extremely well spent, the quality of service and food is at its highest, dishes are refined and a full course meal won't leave you hungry. Everything is really well cared for, one of Florence top's restaurants.

Fuor D'acqua is considered one of the best (the best) seafood restaurant in Florence. They are specialized in raw seafood, but they have a great choice of cooked fish as well.
It's a very upscale restaurant, great for working dinner or as a romantic place.
It is expensive, consider to spend 100€-150€ or more for each person, but the quality is really high.
