I just went there for lunch before my flight and the waiter was extremely rude to my husband and I, we were ignored while he helped 3 other tables that got there after us. Two other tables received their food and we didn't even have a menu. He started fixing a table of a customer that had just left and we were still there being ignored. After 20 mins we got up to leave and one guy behind the counter said thank you come again., knowingly that nobody helped us. I told the waiter he was very rude and we were sitting there while he helped everyone else. He said he only had 2 hands and have a good flight. Extremely rude and I don't recommended anybody to visit this place. I've had a beautiful time in Italy and in not going to let one racist person ruin it!

Sat there for 20mins, waved the staff down. They just looked right through us, so we ended up leaving. Poor service. Even their body language was rude

Food was ok, although a bit overpriced as usual for airports. Wine outright expensive. 6 eur for the glass recommended for lasagne, and glass containing 90 ml (3 oz). Even asked if this was the normal amount, and yes it seems to be.
The sourdough bread coming with the food was great.

Horrible restaurant. I used to work in customer service and it does not take a lot of work to make your patrons feel welcome.
The servers here (not to generalize but 2 individuals specifically) not only made us feel unwelcome, they sure made us feel stupid (either ignored, brushed off or spoken to sarcastically).
The food portion is small, tastes okay I guess. But the service really ruined the dining atmosphere. We wanted a sit down lunch before boarding the plane as it is our last day in Italy.
So thanks for nothing.

If you order a salad you get a raw chopped salad. If you order fruit you get raw chopped fruit. AND you pay a fortune! If you order wine they might not give you the right one. Do not waste your time here. It only ruins your holiday.
