DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
They will make you pay for imaginary scratches (up to 400 €), they don't answer e-mails and just steal the money from your mastercard!

If it were possible to put zero stars that would be the perfect rating for this company. Ecovia blatantly rip off unsuspecting customer with claims of imaginary damage. Be warned to avoid this company at any cost. Ecovia provides zero customer service and will charge for imaginary damages months after without notification. Appalling!

I had terrible experience with this company. Will never use their service again. They are charging extra money for imaginary scratches. Please be aware!

Thief company, I used their service in Bergamo, first they have no time to properly overlook a car and then when you are giving it back, they find 'imaginary scratches' to charge extra amount because I hadn't bought extra insurance. Now I know I have never will used their service anymore and will trust more rating and comments in internet about them.
