Food is fair enough, but too expensive for what you get. Waiter clearly cheated on us to push us towards the most expensive options, saying that Dish of the Day was not available while it was served to other table. Cheated on the drinks as well. When I asked for the book of claims, waiter said it is not available. I cannot think of a single place in Europe where book of claims is not required to get an activity license to operate. It is a pity this kind of places are allowed in Strasbourg. Is this really the Administrative Capital of Europe?

Terrible service. I went inside with a group of 10 and I had an almost empty glass of hot wine. The owner, in a very disrespectful manner, told me to drink it outside (-5C). I told him to make me do so. Obviously he didn't, he just snorted. Curiously, I was the one who consumed the most. Besides that incident, the food is mediocre and the bathrooms are quite a mess.
