Stayed for a week on business. Friendly and courteous staff. Clean rooms. Sufficient breakfast fare. Bring ear plugs if your room faces the main street though.

Very dated Girl at reception was not in the least friendly- when I asked for a better room said NONE available..and then made NO attempt to help US with my simple request when there are so many rooms in this hotel. The room itself looks as if it has not been updated since the 70's...can hear everything in the next room AND last but not least Only ONE outlet in the room. A horrible bathroom. Everything is old and stinky.No thanks. Calling this hotel a 4 star is a real joke...MUCH better hotels around for around the same rate. Do yourself a favor and book another Hotel in Strasbourg. This is just a big lie!!!

Excellent hotel, very well located in the centre if town. Great breakfast and rooms very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Spend a night recently here and can't tell anything negative.... nice and renovated room, very clean and a new bath room. Very friendly staff which provided before arrival an informative map how to get to the hotel parking space....
