The structure's lack basics: air conditioning isn't just a prerogative of a 3+ star hotels, especially in a hot summer, a hot city, with the rooms facing south-west getting sun for the whole day.
Btw, a "quiet" room means anyways a room facing the street.
Apart from that, the staff has been very nice and welcoming

This hotel is a bit old fashion but clean. The walls must be very thin as it is easy to listen conversation next door. The reception is nice and helpful. They are usually not local people but speak French fluently.
Rooms are not very large for two people. The TV is normal size 37" with normal channels, no cable.
Free WiFi is provided and it works well in the rooms. At least at the 4th floors it works perfectly.
The continental breakfast is simple but has everything including croissant, orange juice, bread, mamelades, coffee, tea...etc.
Location is a bit dodgy especially at night but seems to be safe. Kebabs restaurants are close.
There is a tramway station at 2 minutes walk which is very convenient to go to the train station.
City center is at 15 min walk.
