Very nice polite and helpful staff. The building is amazing Maison Saumon from early 16th century.

Tour guide from here was very friendly and knew the town well. Some of her explanations were borderline politically incorrect, but they were very informative.

This is the new location for the Chartres tourism center. It is extremely difficult to find. The building itself if neat to look at, and the information provided is very helpful. We happened to stumble upon it completely by accident. Some improved directional signage when walking around Chartres would be appreciated.
