I opened this account when acquiring a mortgage with them, but live north of Torrevieja. I wasn't aware they had moved branches until I could not contact them with the phone number I was given. After searching the web I saw that the branch had moved and the phone number was different. I am very disappointed that BMN failed to notify me of this and after travelling down from where I live to collect a new bank card could not find the branch nor could find a parking space anywhere in that area in order to search on foot. The internet banking is not the easiest of ones to use either and would not recommend this bank to anyone.
