The first hotel I've ever stayed in with a free mini-bar! Water/Apple juice/beer/chocolate/snacks all refilled daily.

Positive: nice large rooms, clean, free wireless LAN
Negative: breakfast way too expensive (€14/person), more for business guests than for families
