Every Sunday morning for the last month I have called for a cab for at 645ish am. Always told 10 to 15 minutes. Always shows up 30 min or more later. So I decided to call the night before and pre book for 710am Sunday. Last week no show at 7am. Called and the same useless dispatcher said it would be here shortly. Another 20 min go by. I call back and get the very same response. Today I had a cab pre ordered from last night to be here 710am. Went to the door where I can clearly see the front of the street at 7am JUST in case. 715am I call. The same useless dispatcher hesitates then says the drivers was here, called, left a msg and left. No voice mail. No missed call on the login PLUS I've been waiting out front for 15 min. APlus you are absolutely horrible at service. I called 5th Ave and they had a cab there under 5 min. Looks like I'll be switching back to 5th Ave now.

Just started using A-Plus in the last month and have had wonderful drivers and customer service. Will continue to use this company.

Called for a cab last week, they said it would be 20 minutes, then they never showed up. Currently y been waiting for 35 minutes, still nothing. On a Tuesday at 3pm..it doesn't take this long to get anywhere in the city. Time to check out Uber now that it's here.

Drivers are some of the worst I've seen, and I travel the country often. These drivers cut people off, constantly speed, turn and change lanes with out signaling, and purposefully drive like jerks. They have been beside me, or behind me and right before a light or sign, they will speed past me and swing in front of me in a hurry, causing me to slam on my brakes. They are also the worst parkers around. They are always parking on the street or in parking lot entrances. this is not while they are loading or unloading. I watch and they do this while they wait for someone to hopefully jump in their car. This causes people to have to go in the other lane to get around them, or leaves people unable to enter parking lots. Big example is they park on the street in front of Average Joes and Hudsons, as well as in the entrance way at Hudsons (even with lots of parking spots open) and in the entrance way to the private parking lot beside average joes. I have even asked them to move so I can enter or exit a parking lot, and they straight out say no, or roll up their window on me, or pretend I don't exist. A perfect example of why people hate taxi drivers.
