Affordable, staff is very very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. Decent internet, nice bathroom, welcome drink, included breakfast better than most. Def try the pineapple pancakes - super good.

Absolutely amazing stay here for 3 nights. We chose La Storia because of a recommendation from a family member who stayed here last year, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Jack, Isabella, Andy, Grey and all the staff were so friendly, super helpful and experienced. Very personal service made it feel like a real boutique hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Price of the room was extremely reasonable for what we got. Location is right in the middle of the chaos of Old Quarter, but the rooms were quiet. We would have liked to extend our stay here when our Halong Bay trip got postponed, but the hotel books out quickly. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Hanoi in the future.

Ruby La Storia and the hotel staff are amazing! Such a beautiful little hotel that they keep very clean. The staff go above and beyond to serve, breakfast is great too. Highly recommended, will come back!

Most soft and comfortable beds we've had in the whole of Vietnam! Small cosy rooms and very friendly staff, and the morning breakfast is great.
Down a small alleyway so no noise at night, but right in the heart of the old town.

Great hotel, fantastic location, and an even better staff. You really are getting more than what you pay for when you stay here. Can't praise the staff enough. When you check in, they really take the time to give you a tutorial of the area and give recommendations for whatever you need: food, tours, and landmarks. When I left, the man at the reception desk even offered to motorbike me to my next location (nearby, but what a fantastic gesture). Book here!!!
