I went there for a birthday party and really had a good time but only bad thing I can say bad was the long island ice tea drink tasted like no alcohol was in it. The food was very good and tried the fireball shot for the first time and now that's my favorite over the ice tea drink. Karaoke time was fun to see and I just might get and sing a song the next time I am in there. The staff was so friendly and I have been telling everyone this is a great place to hang out and enjoy yourself and others around.

While the staff was all very nice, the actual service was terrible. Our table had to ask about drinks ordered multiple times before they came. A beer was brought for someone who left half an hour before. I asked for queso multiple times and it never showed.
We put $10 in the juke box and had to ask through two songs for them to turn the music up. They said they would after the current song because they didn't like it.

Food is good with a great atmosphere to watch sporting events, but service is a bit slow.

Service was poor at best. Our waitress was more interested in her phone than making sure we were taken care of. Had to ask for our drink to be delivered. Waited a while for our order to be taken. Waited 20 minutes to ask for our check. Had our cards ready when the check arrived because we were tired of waiting. Food was pretty good though.
