I used to really enjoy this place, but I will not be going back. It is just a waste of money at this point. The sandwiches are poorly made, with nothing but bread. There is hardly anything added to the sandwich. Lettuce and tomato are not standard. My most recent experience was the final straw as my "cheese steak" was just thickly sliced steak that was extremely tough and chewy. The bread was so thick that I had to break off most of it just so I could attempt to eat it. And then the only part where the bread wasn't thick was the back, so it split and fell apart everywhere. No flavor, just a cold bun with cold toppings and cheap steak. But, they have Omni prices.
Save your money and go somewhere else. Subway has better tasting food for crying out loud.

Food was delicious!!! Typical wait if you want FRESH food. Our server was amazing and for us it's a plus if you keep our drinks full.

The food was good but there was a long wait time for the food. When the chicken parmesan came out it was heavily bread, so there was more bread the meat. The manager came by the table on her own to ask how was everything, so I explained it to her and she just said Ok.

Food is tasty and fresh. Staff was very attentive and polite. Had an enjoyable mid-day lunch here. The wait took a while, even though we were the only people in the place. Pricing is a little high, but they are in the Omni... so what can you expect?
