We had a great dinner, including the vegetarian entree. The service was a bit slow, but we were slow making up our minds about what we wanted. Definitely the place to go for an upscale meal.

Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and great service. Our waitress, Ashley, was very warm and attentive and made it a very pleasant evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

My fiance planned a date night for us at Blue Canyon on Friday 7/14/17 and it was wonderful. The food was fantastic and the service was impeccable! I found out later that he planned a proposal also and everyone at the restaurant was in on it. They went above and beyond to make our night extra special and blew us both away with their amazing customer service. We will be going back for other date night and our future anniversaries. ThanK you so much for all you did, we really enjoyed ourselves and the night was perfect :)

Very delicious and very affordable! We had steaks that were wonderful. I had the lobster fettuccine which was the tastiest lobster and was under $30.00!
