Horrible service. Came from a late Texas 5 hr Drive and wanted to place a to go order. Called at exactly 930 on the dot and was told that they no longer take orders after 930. I replied, “well it’s 930 so can I place the order?” I was told NO and so I replied, “what’s the difference if I’m coming in before close (10pm) and placing the order?” Then I was told to hold on. I was placed on hold and no one got back with me... so true to my word I made it before close and was told by a manager that you can come in before close to place in orders... so why wasn’t I told that on the phone?

This was not good customer service I was very displeased. I already heard negative things about this specific cheddars but tonight just confirmed it’s bad service..

Everyone hates last minute customers I personally know, but that’s no excuse to not to do your job.

We tend to go here often. For lunch on Sunday. The prices are great for the amount of food you get. And not to mention the food is pretty good.

Came for lunch before the crowd. My sandwich was good. Fries were awesome. Good service.

My sister and I went to Cheddar's after church for lunch. There was a good crowd. It wasn't terribly busy. No waiting list. We were seated immediately. We waited 10 minutes to get some service. We finally flagged the manager down, and let him know we had been waiting a while on our server. The server finally showed up. He took our order for an appetizer and meal. He brought the appetizer, but no plates. My sister had to flag the server down for plates. He then brought back wet plates. We received our food, it was not very hot more like warm. Then I found a hair in my food. I was DONE!!! I have been to Cheddar's several times before, but this experience was the worst.😣😕

Good service. I ordered the top sirloin and shrimp combo with loaded baked potato and mac and cheese. Shrimp the breeding was falling off and the cocktail sauce left like a soapy aftertaste. The sirloin was cooked ok but fat wasn't rendered correctly so it was chewy and inedible. The mac and cheese was delicious but the loaded baked potato wasn't what I was expecting. It only had cheese and sour cream on it. I've never been anywhere and ordered a loaded baked potato that didn't have bacon and chives on it so I was not happy. The portions were so tiny also for paying $15 for this plate. I'm was very disappointed. This was my first time and I won't be back and don't recommend it to anyone!!
