I had the filet. The meat was great and cooked perfectly to order. However when you pay 33 dollars for a meal you would expect the play to have food on it. My plate was 2/3 empty. I got a lovely steak and a small bit of mashed potatoes. Mostly an empty plate.

Drinks were good the OYSTER BIENVILLE was good. The atmosphere was great!! Listened to a band play which was really nice. This will be a great place for happy hour on the deck while listening to a band.

The food was good, but after we sat down we were asked what we'd like to drink and if we wanted appetizers, and we said we didn't want appetizers. Then when the server came to take our order for entrees, after we placed the orders for entrees, she asked "And would you like a soup or salad with your dinner?" Typically, when someone asks the question that way, the impression is that the soup or salad come with the dinner. Nope! We were charged a whole $7 per soup. Not cool! Be upfront about it and don't try to con your guests.

Service was great. I'm from south Mississippi where I'm accustomed to great seafood and Cajun fare. I was skeptical about this place but it didn't disappoint. The serving size was smaller than expected on the shrimp and crawfish cakes but they tasted great. Shrimp and grits and seafood lasagna are excellent. Great bar area with live music and river views. Will go back.

Great seafood here. They have all kinds of stuff plus the usual types of things you'd expect from a seafood place. I had the grouper and it was fantastic. Dessert was amazing too - brownie Sunday.
Service was superb. Our server, James, was excellent. He never left us wanting for anything and found the time to for some great conversation with us while still handling all of his tables.
