Beautiful hotel and location. The only issue I had was that either there was no fan in the bathroom or it did not work. Staff was excellent and very accommodating and friendly.

Nice and roomy. Clean rooms. Appreciate the breakfast and the manager meet and greet. All the times we stay we are going to functions at the Civic Center and it makes it extremely convenient. We did have a problem with the room not being thoroughly cleaned but when brought to the attention of the hotel staff it was remedied immediately. Always friendly.

Excellent greeting by very nice associate. Made me feel welcomed. Manager's Reception was OK - very long line with the lady working very hard to move it along. Another bartender just doing beer and wine would have helped tremendously. Better snacks would be nice. Room is sufficient but a but worn and dated. Breakfast was good. Workout room is OK - dumbbells, a couple of treadmills, a bike, two benches, and a fitness ball. Would be nice to have a compound machine with a chin-up bar.

The breakfast at the hotel was really great. The problem comes in with the room service. The carpet in the room was so nasty. Looked like it had not been cleaned ever. Now let's talk about the bed and the sheets. I don't think they changed the sheets in our room, because my friend and I ended up getting the pink eye. I'm only giving one star, because the food was great. The hotel needs to be upgraded and the cleaning staff needs better supervision. No reason why either of us should have left that hotel with the pink eye. YUCK.

Excellent service, breakfast was fresh fruit and made to order breakfast from chief Paul was great, he makes a tasty omelette. Cocktail hour was very nice and beds are very comfortable. Lots of parking, $6 a day. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much.
