Love this Salon! Merlyn was able to save my job since a prior salon destroyed my hair and instead of making it grey and blonde, dyed it purple. I cannot have unnatural colors, so she was the only one open on a weekend and worked me in at the last minute. She has my eternal gratitude for helping me out!

Horrible customer service via phone. Called the spa to inquiry about the number of employees available as well as prices on a few services for a bridal party of five. The spa day is more than two months from the time I called so it would give the spa staff plenty of time to make arrangements. I was told by the man who answered the phone, "No, honey, you don't want that. It'll be six hours for the A's Tea Party." I understand how a spa is operated. I also understand these services take time, especially since the time frame is listed on the website. The point of going to the spa was to enjoy a full day with the bridal party! The man never answered my questions. He was not helpful. He then went on to say, "I'm a guy. I don't handle these things. I'll have my wife call you. She sets up the spa." Helpful advice: Let your wife take the customer service calls for this business if you do not handle these situations.

I have known Mr. John and his wife for a long time. They always have done EXCELLENT work and I haven ever been unhappy with anything they've done for me. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I get my hair cut here every time I come into town. Merlin and John are both fantastic. They know exactly what to do!
