Wir waren im September '17 dort und wurden super zuvorkommend und vor allem sehr flexibel behandelt da wir vorhergehende Probleme mit den Flügen aufgrund des sturmes hatten. Die Villa Florida Sun war tip top. Dafür danken wir Sandra + Michael an dieser Stelle nochmal und wir würden immer wieder ein Haus bei den beiden buchen!

Es war mal wieder ein wundervoller Urlaub. Nicht zuletzt auch der Tatsache geschuldet, dass sowohl die Villa wie auch die vor Ort Betreuung durch die Verwalter (Sandra und Michael) perfekt waren. So geht Betreuung ! Danke dafür und bis zum nächsten Mal !

Hallo zusammen. Sind nun das zweite mal in Cape Coral und einem Haus das von Michael und Sandra Detke verwaltet wird. Haben uns wie auch beim Letzten mal super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus( in diesem Fall die Villa White Dream) war super sauber und gepflegt. Habe da in den Staaten schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich kann mich im Namen meiner Familie und mir nur recht herzlich für den tollen Service und die nette Behandlung durch Michael und Sandra bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Euch.

We stayed at Villa Tropical Paradise for two months. I would give the house 4 stars however, the realtors Sandra and Micheal were not easy to deal with. The toilet in the guest bathroom would not flush and they called in a plumber twice. It still did not flush so they decided we must have broken it and insisted we had to pay for the second plumber. We are a retired couple and hardly used the guest bathroom. No one broke the toilet, it was just old and needed replaced. It is the responsibility of the landlord to have all utilities working properly. The bill was $173 and we paid it because we knew they would just take it out of our security deposit if we didn't. We will not be dealing with that company again.
