I had a colonic today. I had a colonic a couple times 15 years ago and the experience was positive. I had scheduled my colonoscopy for the afternoon after the colonic. Canceled the colonoscopy but kept the colonic appointment. Glad I did. The CIC system is less intimidating than some, as you are given instructions, and you are in a private room. It feels good to have the plumbing cleaned out. I'll go there again. Tina was my therapist. She was great

I feel great!! But if it's your first time DO MORE RESEARCH. I had no idea what to truly expect and it was a little overwhelming. I was given privacy for the majority of my experience so that was nice but I'll probably try somewhere else next time.
I thought we would talk more about my situation and what I've been experiencing but we didn't. Short staffed maybe.. only one person there. I also read you're supposed to lay on your left side - didn't happen. And was expecting abdominal massage but maybe they could have taught me to do it myself. I don't know. Couldve been better!

the therapists at this place are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. i always deal with edita and she is always helpful. it is kind of weird to be there for the first time but there is nothing to be afraid of, it is definitely worth it to feel better afterwards.

Okay, had some constipation issues recently that where not fun. Straining to go #2 is not fun nor good for your rectum.
Anywho, had colonic done about a couple years back and that wasn't pleasant at all! I was skeptical of doing again, yet I really needed to get me back regular again. So, I did my research on the internet and come upon CIC and read some reviews. I got a positive vibe from those reviews.
A day or two later I schedule my appointment online with CIC, it was easy, no hassle.
I scheduled a closed session with Kimberly. And, let me say that from the moment I walked in and left she made me feel welcome!
My first session with excellent! Honestly, she's so gentle and beautiful I forgot I had water being shot up my business. I felt some discomfort, yet it was worth it. Afterwords, I scheduled a few more sessions with her. I was upgraded to the Libbe system. This is a great approach for those who want to be in control and its awesome!
I must say that since my sessions I sleep a lot deeper and longer, I feel centered like I'm more into my body. I feel great! Also, I must say feeling this way has benefited in the bedroom, not going into too much detail, yet you feel more into it, more lighter! Trust me it makes a difference!
And, guys we need to have our pipes cleaned out especially for my meat lovers!
Being a black male I can say to other black males go get this done! You'll luv the way you feel and your girl will notice the difference. C'mon fellas they have colonics all the time that's why our women out live us, they do stuff like this.
Tips that works for me before going: Get a good laugh watch something funny, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink more water! Thanks CIC! Will be back...
