Staff are friendly enough but it's so slow and there never seems to be enough staff. 3 people in front of me and took 15mins before I was served due to being far too slow. This is the same for the one in the town center. It's so popular but when the queue is out the door and staff are also we choose to go somewhere else. You would think them knowing how popular it is they would up there game. Come KFC, your supposed to be fast food.

Staff where undfrendley when i arived didn't seem to care that i was unsatisfied at all

Would be 5* if it wernt for the fairly often large cue, never had a problem with any food, always fresh and crispy chicken :)

Food is 100% - service speed is 20%, always slow otherwise 5 star

Service was iffy, I didn't really know what I wanted and the lady behide the till didn't have the time to offer any advice or in fact tell me the option for sides, she just muttered and pointed to a board on the wall. The chicken was far to oily and fatty. If you find yourself looking for fast food at The North Farm, go Macy's.
