Avoid this spa at all costs. Had a booking on Sunday for my wife's birthday, babysitters all arranged. Received an email 24 hours prior stating that due to unforeseen circumstances our appointment has been cancelled. No phone call to apologise. My wife's birthday ruined!

Wow, what an absolute waste of time this place is. They never answer the phone. They take about a month to reply to emails.
Book with caution - they simply ignore every customer that rings and emails. I'll be seeking a refund.

DO NOT waste your time or money making a booking! Ridiculous lead time, can't reschedule a booking and are impossible to contact when you need an update from them.

I wanted to book this for my 21st with my boyfriend.
I rang them 15 times during 2 weeks, emailed them 3 times and also rang the hotel and requested a call back from the spa which I never got.
I tried to book on the online booking system which does not work.
I wanted this spa break as it was my first time going to a spa and I wanted it to be luxary. I ended up with no spa weekend as they never got in contact with me.
3 months later, still no phone call, apology or anything,
I would never ever bother with the hotel or spa again.
I have also told friends and family to avoid it too
