I quite like the atmosphere and the staff are nice. The food is good and it's a nice coffee. Why two stars then? Well, service is very slow, the food is often cold when you get it and, most annoying, I have, on nearly every occasion I've been there, been given something I didn't order or the wrong thing. It's very frustrating. Oh, and it's over-priced. Sorry, I want to like the place but that all puts me off.

A lovely little place, cheery & helpful staff, delicious cakes. Several vegan and GF options (not that either affect me, but it's great to see businesses, especially small independent ones, putting in so much effort and consideration for their customers' needs)

The cakes are lovely here but I think the food is a little overpriced (even for Chorlton). While you can tell the food is made from good quality ingredients, I think their markup is a little too high given the overall experience. This leads me on to the reason why this place lost most of its points... the service.. nothing happens at a speedy pace here! The staff are all very friendly but walk around at a snail's pace meaning that the food is often cold when you receive it.
