Small twin room when I requested a double, but a comfortable nights sleep nonetheless. Don t bring a cat if you have any inclination to swing it in your room though! Limited tv stations - I just wanted easy watching on Dave but no such luck. Nice shower room.

Very nice hotel facilities, but the room I was in was a lot smaller than equivalent at other hotels, evidenced by the strange shaped bathroom to maximise space. Also the heating in the room appeared to be ignoring any adjustment to the temp controls. The room was cold but the quilt was think and warm and I slept well. Breakfast was very nice. Freshly made pancakes too.

I stayed for a weekend break. Welcome was alright (more forced than natural), check-out was not an enjoyable experience.
Reception staff could be much warmer. Facilities personnel you see in the hallway could reply when you say hello. Staff in restaurant and concierge desk were very polite and helpful.
Room was very clean and everything was in working order. I was offered a complimentary pass (via email) to the pool I didn't get at check-in and I didn't feel like requesting it to spend more money in the spa, so I went elsewhere.
Nothing fundamentally wrong, but not sure why I would stay there again.

We loved our one night stay. Beds are very comfortable and room was clean. I enjoyed exercise in the gym which has plenty of equipment. The pool is long and my swimming improved. We prepayed for breakfast so that it's cheaper. Breakfast has every choice you could want. My wife had a traditional English but I was able to eat vegan. Staff are very helpful. Concierge gave me additional soap and free razor. We will visit again. There's a tube station a short walk up the road to Kensington High Street. Museums, Harrods, Buckingham Palace are all near by tube.

Very well located hotel as the 2 minute walk to the station has been crucial for this trip. The lobby areas have all the glamour you would expect from a Kensington hotel with a Starbucks as well right in the lobby. Although the staff tended to look overwhelmed when seen, are still were always ready to help with any queries, with the doorman in particular seen giving many helpful suggestions to myself and other guests about the area. The room was better than anticipated after reading a few bad reviews before coming about sizes but ours was quite spacious and had a lovely view of the front of the hotel. All in all no complaints about the stay with all the needs met. However this is only 4 stars as I feel nothing truly exceptional was provided for me personally.
