UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE GIRL
Rather disgusted with the service I received today. To begin, I wasn’t even told the ladies name who had done my wax and she looked miserable and as if she didn’t care, I think her name began with an N? . Secondly, the wax was rushed to the point she has actually still left hairs and before I could ask her to remove them she left the room. Thirdly, taking into consideration I was completely naked waist down, she RUDELY open the door wide enough that if someone walked past can they would have seen my coochie which pissed me right off. Not coming here again even if it is cheap.

Terrible!! Messed up with my booking and then told me how I lost them money by not turning up to my appt, when it was booked for a completely different time!! Very bad customer service and for that reason I will not be going there again!

Love this salon - I have only ever had waxing done here but would not hesitate to book a massage or facial. Staff are friendly and very accommodating when booking a last minute appointment. Wendy is great! Love her and she is brilliant at waxing - the best I've ever had actually.
