Spent £300 for nanokeratin treatment a month ago. Don't waste money on this - first my hair haven't lost frizziness, I need to spend the same amount of time blow drying it as before and even then my hair is as if I never did keratin treatment. Second this treatment takes a lot more ironing than others so I have a feeling my hair is even drier. The hairdresser put a tiny amount of the product on my hair so that could be it but if not it's really a very bad product to offer in such a high profile salon. When I called to inquire whether they have keratin complex which I always use they said yes only to be told they actually have nanokeratin when I showed up for the appointment.

Awful experience with a stylist called Sigh (sp). Firstly I was kept waiting in the bar area for 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment before I went back to reception to ask how much longer I would be kept waiting. They did apologise and said they told Sigh that I'd arrived. They went to bring him over to me and he made no apologies for the wait, no explanation, no introduction. Nothing. I told him how I like to have my hair styled and I could literally see him rolling his eyes. He didn't listen to anything I'd asked and in the end he said 'that's the best I can do' and walked away leaving me at the styling area to finish my own hair with the straighteners and hair spray. I honestly have never had a worse experience at a hair salon and I'm just so thankful it was only a blow-dry

very nice, polite, friendly staff. Expensive but a lot of celebrities go and they do have a nice bar inside as well as being kid friendly.

Unbelievable experience! So friendly and professional and such a beautiful salon. Best hair cut and care I've ever had. Despite it being slightly outside my budget I'll happily be going back here forever, worth every penny.
