Lovely hotel, great location and delicious food but it’s a shame that children under 5 are not allowed in the pool.

Was quite disappointed when staying here, which was a shame. Check in took an extra 2 hours, 2 singles bed pushed together when I requested a queen, messed up my reservation, plus served me meat when I'm a veggie. It was a shame

Amazing hotel. Stayed night before our wedding and on our actual wedding. Customer service go above and beyond. 1st night with the bridesmaids we got complimentary strawberries and prosecco. On my actual wedding night with my husband, we got strawberries and champagne complimentary. Breakfast is great.

The chic, contemporary rooms and suites all feature pillow-top beds, Nespresso coffeemakers and marble bathrooms with heated floors, plus iPod docks and flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi is free. Airy suites offer additional seating areas, private balconies, London views and/or whirlpool tubs.
There's a hip restaurant/bar serving locally sourced cuisine, an afternoon tea cafe and a smoothie bar. Other amenities include a gym with an indoor pool.

Amazing hotel! Right in the center of perfect shopping and dining. The pool, sauna and gym facilities are all available for our use and they are top notch. The staff is as sweet as can be too. Thanks guys, happily staying put here for a while.
