I didn't appreciate the manager swearing at my 12 year old daughter and saying that "her family is a piece of rubbish, disgrace and a looser and so is your mother while making racist remarks" calling her a thief when i gave her pocket money to buy some nail varnish, as she was looking for polish she was attacked out the shop. When i asked to look at CCTV Camera there was no evidence that my daughter took anything and said that they mistaken her for another child, although i got an apology but my daughter is tramutised and is scared to go to the shops on her own.
I understand that there had been some incidents where school kids in my daughters school who has stolen in the past. But what they did was cold and completely out of order. My daughter had just stated attending to shops on her own and this is what she faced
For the 10 yrs of shopping there.
Thanks for letting my daughter down and allowing her to be scared of men and scared of attending to shops on her own.
