All the staff at Spivack are lovely. It appears to me that the Owners or Management have changed @ least 3 times in as many yrs which can't be easy for the full-time staff to keep having to re-adjust all the time just to get moaned at. They used to be my regular pharmacy until I had to move, I really miss everyone there.

This place used to be good when the Iraqi Dr was running it. Now they are completely feckless.
They can never find your prescription and ask you the same thing over and over again.
they will never call you to let you know your meds are ready for collection even if they say they will.
if they eventually find them they are always where they should be!
these people are not helpfull at all, they act like everything is too much trouble. they will blame the surgery, the doctor , you, the system and all the time its their incompetence and couldnt care less attitude that causes problems. these people don't give a damn about your health they are on a good screw from the NHS and they know it. I do not recommend this place and would advise anyone who depends on their meds to go somewhere more reliable (elgin crescent, golborne road).
