Very friendly and efficient local dispensing chemist. Much better experience than large chain chemists. Vital to the local area.

Recently I had to use collect+ service so I have contacted this branch via phone to avoid unnecessary stress and time loss walking there for nothing. On the phone I was told that my items won't be accepted today but if I come tomorrow between 12.00 and 12.30 then he will take it as a good will.... hmmm. But I cannot come earlier or later as he doesn't have space to keep this things.... then stop providing the service if you cannot do it. The worst was that person on the phone hanged up on me as I was trying to get some clarification on the case.

I am very sorry to know that Alofie have had a bad customer service from us. I apologise for this. I will ensure that the staff will receive the training for great customer service. Alofie can come and see me to resolve any issues with me.
