This company doesn't deserve a star. A car backed into me in one of their cars, and although I got a letter saying it was not my fault and that they would reimburse the money they took off my credit card. SIX MONTHS LATER ... they do not respond to any emails and they did not put the money back in my account as promised. I had a rental car for 3 days and it cost me the cost of the rental, plus almost $2000.00 that they took off my credit card and now will not reimburse. Even though they admit it was not my fault and that they are crediting me ... no credit ... they won't even answer my emails. Do not rent here.

Avoid using this company. You will be extremely disappointed, will have a terrible experience and they will take extra charges from your card. Plus they dont answer calls, emails or anything...So you will waste so much time with you card company to explain how this rental agency fraud-ed you!

Worts Company ever!!! They take the money from my account and then never said which one was the amount of the deposit. As the deposit was higher than my credit allowance, they say they were not going to allow me to pick up the card and didn't give me the money back

Do not use this company, absolutely shocking.
I had to wait 3 hours for a car. No matter how good the deal. Avoid....

Terrible Company. I made a booking in January and when I came to collect the car in March I had recently moved house. I provided my driving licence with the correct address on it and a police certificate and car insurance certificate but they insisted that they needed different proof of address. They still haven't responded to my customer services email and they don't have a customer services phone number. All the other customers in their office were having problems with their rentals too. Please avoid this company for your own sake, no matter how cheap they appear!
