Wonderful place to stay. The room is very clean, modern love the shower. Very helpful staff. Had desert n it was truly wonderful. Highly recommended stay for anyone visiting Liverpool!

Fantastic 1 night stay in a great location. Staff were brilliant and friendly. Room was an amazing executive suite, with rain shower and bath, massive comfortable bed and TV, oh and an iPad! Most impressive was the great view of the arena and The Wheel of Liverpool. 10 minutes walk from Liverpool One if that. Loads to explore at the nearby docks. Would definitely stay again!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing time. All of the staff were fantastic, so welcoming, helpful, and felt like anything we requested was no trouble at all. Particular thanks to Mark, on reception. I called him after we had booked to upgrade our room as my wife is 7 months pregnant, and I wanted to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We've never experienced such a wonderful bed!! Thank you all so much, it was a truly memorable stay, and we will be back next time we're in Liverpool!

We stayed for one night in an Executive Room. The room was well designed and comfortable with a lovely comfy bed, a rainfall shower and a giant TV with many channels and movies too. Breakfast was buffet style in the light and airy restaurant with plenty of choice. The lovely welcome from the man on the hotel reception was very much appreciated after our journey, he also provided 2-4-1 cocktail tickets and a map of Liverpool centre as well as an orientation to the hotel and our room. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The massive car park is right next door and we are able to easily park our car (after unloading outside) and walk back over to the hotel. The hotel provides a 25% discount off the parking fee on check out too! The location of the hotel meant we were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants and museums and left the car where it was parked. All in all a great night stay and a quiet nights sleep. It was a lovely stay overall, staff was friendly and polite, room was clean.
However the bathroom could of done with a thorough clean especial the overhead shower and the shower floor. The over head shower was covered in timescale and the grout on the shower floor was a bit dirty in places.
I also think the overhead lighting in the suit could be brighter especially in the bathroom as we were struggling to put our makeup on in the dim light.
Breakfast was lovely and had a great variety.
Would stay again.
