Very unprofessional company. Did not recover data from my external hard drive and sent the drive back to me for a fee of £24! without the enclosure case which makes the drive unusable!

I thought I'd lost everything on my computer but I hadn't. I didn't realise everything could be recovered. Almost started all my thesis again until I discovered this company online. Thank goodness I did!
