We found our dinner time for father's day extremely pleasant and rewarding. The food was excellent quality and the service was brilliant. Even the French chef approached us at the end of our meal. We will certainly recommend the place and will come back!

You can definitely do worse for your money, and going for the 2 course lunch for £9.95 isn't the worst of deals, but the food is average cafe food. The staff are pleasant, as is the décor but DO NOT order a coffee if you like a good strong coffee. I love my flat whites and generally expect them to be of a certain standard but this is not the case and I was served what can only be described as a latte! A latte is milky, has a little foam on the top and feels like drinking a milky coffee, where a flat white has an even mix of liquid milk and smooth velvet foam so it feels like drinking an espresso, only yummier. I asked for another shot of espresso, which they did but only to top it off with more milk. Nothing ruins my dining experience like a horrible coffee.
