Visited during early hours of morning with my frenchie who had epilepsy. Regretably at only 4 yrs old this was his final and fatal seizure. The vet on duty was very caring towards both my very ill frenchie and myself and my husband. The vet called and spoke to us a couple of days after and discussed what had happened. He felt our pain and that means a lot. 3 wks on and I have just collected my boys ashes. Thankyou to the Saturday am receptionist again proffesional to the last. Poor lady was as upset as myself and I couldn't even speak to her. Thankyou all for caring x

Need to be more flexible with appointment system. Calling the practice is a nightmare you are left listening to animal Info for as long as as fifteen minutes. Only to get through and be told to ring again on the day you need the appointment. Told to ring 'nice and early' wonder if the phones will be answered nice and promptly?? I doubt it 😡

The vets are really good and very helpful, however we had a lot of miss communication going on. The manager of the place says one thing and the receptionist another. I had to change my rabbit's neutering appointment just because the receptionist was being very difficult and rude and I thought it is not worth it.
