This is a shopping centre housing a variety of facilities such as - 3 levels of parking, Debenhams and it's different concessions inside it, Whsmith which also houses a post office with in, M&S which includes a food section, Holland and Barrett and a food court area on level 3 with toilets, a coffee shop on the ground and lots of independent little units here and there.
It can be confusing as it appears to be based around the central escalators but there is also a walkway (on the same level as Peacocks) with more units, short escalators and more units such as H&B.
There are also a couple of units such as Body Shop that may be classed as part of West Orchards but you can only access by going outside.

We had lunch recently in the food court, which was undergoing renovation work. The choices on offer were reasonable, given the circumstances, but the staff and cleanliness could do with some improvement.

Great place to shop, eat and relax. Looking forward to seeing what the new plans will look like for the refurbishment to the food court. They hold activities on some of the levels for children and others in the holidays too.

Great place to look around shops. Very clean and the food court has a good selection of foods. The only thing I don't really like is the place where they sell the pizzas. Not that nice. In my opinion.

West Orchards is a modern style shopping centre and has a good variety of shops including Debenhams and M & S, but it is small in comparison to the newer indoor shopping complexes in other cities, which means that a lot of shopping in Coventry city centre is located outside West Orchards. That said it has a decent sized parking area, which is fairly priced and has a food hall with a variety of offerings to suit many tastes.
