The Worst fish bar I have ever experienced had food poisoning after I ate little bit of the fish and the fish smelled very bad like it was not keeped frozen look after your health avoid this take away

Food is always piping hot. The fish is delicious. Chips can be a tad greasy at times. Not too pricey.

Second time I've been here, should have learned from my first visit. Chip batch & curry sauce in a tray, barely a scoop of chips on it & not enough curry sauce to cover them. Most of the chips were hard & I think the guy behind the counter had forgotten how to smile. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone & sure as he'll wouldn't waste my money there again.

Have only started using this chippy recently went here last Friday 31st March 2017 fish was being fried I popped to another shop when I got my order was ready wrapped for me got home to find a piece of fish that was only suitable for one person I rung the shop to say i had just collected and that the price I paid for the piece of fish I received was not acceptable. They didn't care she said it how the fish sometimes shrink when fried in the batter! really? If I had purchased a mini fish and chips this would have been acceptable but £3.80 for a '' sardine" ruined my friday night tea.will stick to Hipswell highway further away but worth the money.
