Unique venue food to a good standard friendly staff

Disappointing. Decided to try this place for a mid-morning coffee after reading the reviews. Although it was clean, tidy and quirky there's more atmosphere in a supermarket coffee shop. The coffee at £2.50 a cup came out of a jumbo sized tin and was nasty. The waitress disappeared so had to find the sugar for ourselves. Maybe it has a better atmosphere and better food in the evenings.

Went here the other day with my two nieces as they love planes. Ordered my eldest niece a jacket potato with cheese and beans but when it came the entire plate was covered with cheese in such a thick layer that nothing else was visible. Unfortunately this meant that my niece could not eat it despite trying there was just too much cheese, I did speak to the waitress who responded by saying ' oh ok' and that was that. I had to order my niece a different meal and pay for both this new meal and the barely touch jacket without even so much as an apology. It is a shame because otherwise this was a great experience but this would make me think twice before dining here again.

My Son Daughter Granddaughter and myself took my Dad for his 87th Birthday.. food was lovely; waitress was attentive and the idea of the place is fabulous.. Dad really enjoyed himself. It was a shame it was empty as a few more people would have helped the atmosphere.. But saying that my 3 year old granddaughter had the run of the place and enjoyed sitting in the cockpit. Downside was the ladies toilet... very poor... would definitely return..

Food was alright and quirky venue. Good place for kids in the daytime. Whole place was grubby, sticky tables and floor. Service was poor and waitress disinterested. Needs a good clean and a bit of attention. Used to be good when it first opened.
